Ray Gibson - President
Ray Gibson is the President/CEO of Gibson Industrial, Inc. and founded the company in 2000. Under his stewardship, the company has grown from a small sheet metal company to one of the largest fabricating and contracting groups on the East Coast. Ray is a second-generation construction expert with over 25 years experience throughout a multitude of industries and now oversees all company operations both in fabrication and construction services. Previous to Gibson Industrial he served as Vice President of G.S.M. Inc of Rossville, GA.
Jim Browne - Vice President
Jim Browne has more than 19 years of project management experience in the Industrial sector and Paper Industry. Throughout those 19 years, he has developed extensive knowledge in general contracting, process design and development, equipment installation and maintenance/capital outage planning and execution. Jim now manages all aspects of the operations from fabrication through installation/start-up. He is a graduate of Wright State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Jerry Clark - Plant Manager
Jerry Clark has more than 27 years experience in the metals & manufacturing industries. He is well versed in AISC fabrication standards and methodology, all welding methods and standards, and domestic and overseas production requirements. Jerry manages all aspects of the multi-trade fabrication operations.

Rod Fair - Engineering Manager
Rod Fair has over 14 years experience in engineering, project management and process equipment design and installation. During those years he has earned a Six Sigma Green Belt, developed a strong background of knowledge in the engineering field and managed various manufacturing and construction projects. Rod currently manages all aspects of the engineering and detailing group as well as project scheduling and project management. He is a graduate of Wright State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
Rocky Turner - Senior Estimator
Rocky Turner has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. During this time, he has held senior management positions with several industry leaders. Rocky possesses significant experience in project management and estimating. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and currently manages the estimating group.
Rich Ward - Project Manager
Rich Ward has over 15 years experience in the construction industry during which he held several management positions in both fabrication and installation construction efforts. Currently, Rich manages the construction personnel associated with all trade installation activities.
Chris Rutherford - Project Manager
Chris Rutherford has over 15 years experience in Shop Management, Field Management, Estimating and Detailing. Currently, Chris manages all project installation activities.
